David Zaballero is a Director and Design Manager at Arquitectonica, with many years of experience in architecture, interiors, and urban design across Asia. Throughout his career, he has overseen the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use, retail, office, residential, hospitality, assembly, and large-scale masterplans. His work spans all stages of the design process, from concept development and strategic planning, through construction review and project completion. David holds a BA with Honors in Architecture from the University of Manchester, and a Diploma with Honors in Architecture from the Polytechnic of North London, now North London University. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

With over 27 years of pioneering experience in corporate affairs, Desiree has been instrumental in advancing ALT's global presence. She has served as General Manager and Legal Representative for the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen offices, where she directed comprehensive sales and operations across all three locations with full end-to-end oversight.

As Executive Vice President, Desiree successfully guided the company through unprecedented challenges during the pandemic, ensuring both survival and continued relevance in a rapidly changing market. She currently leads efforts to deliver exceptional quality and comprehensive services to clients worldwide, managing projects from initial design through seamless implementation. Her hands-on approach to every stage of ALT's work, combined with strong management capabilities, has been essential in maintaining the firm's reputation as a trusted consultancy.

Donel Dippi, Head of Technical and Compliance for Siderise Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific, is an experienced, stakeholder-focused technical engineer who specialises in passive fire protection and acoustic solutions for the façades of buildings.

With a deep understanding of testing, certification, compliance, and regulatory codes, he helps architects, façade consultants, contractors, developers, and fire and rescue services navigate the complexities of fire safety in both the new construction and retrofitting of buildings, whilst giving guidance on where there is scope for improving performance levels.

Donel is an advocate of best practices in testing, design, installation, inspection, and auditing and firmly believes that this principle should guide all our actions. Jack Cruzado is a façade specialist with over 15 years of international experience in façade design, engineering, and digital fabrication.

He currently serves as Principal at FacadeOption, a tech-driven engineering firm specializing in design automation and computational workflows for complex building envelopes.

With project experience spanning Asia, South Africa, Middle East, the United States, and Europe, Jack has leveraged FacadeOption’s proprietary Rhino3D and Grasshopper plugins, along with advanced parametric design capabilities, to deliver end-to-end solutions for ambitious projects.

Covering façade design development, fabrication support, structural engineering, QA/QC, and site implementation, he and his firm serve as collaborative partners for Developers, Builders, Façade Contractors, and Architects.

Matthew is the Executive Vice President of Vector Foiltec Asia Pacific the inventor and world leader of ETFE Building Envelope Systems. Matthew has worked for Vector Foiltec for the past 16-years and a leader in design, engineering, fabrication, installation and maintenance of lightweight building envelopes as well as lightweight architectural structures. With 30-years’ experience in Asia-Pacific supporting leading Developers, Government Authorities, Architects, Facades Engineers and EPCs Matthew is experienced in all sides of the industry having worked for developer’s client team, consultants and specialist contractor in multiple sectors including commercial mixed developments, mixed-resorts, leisure, sports, aviation, transport and exhibition.

Matthew is a British Structural Engineer and a specialist in high performance building envelopes that combine lightweight, long span, architecture steelwork. Developers, Government Agencies and Contractors consult with Matthew during the earliest stages of project design to develop the concept design and performance specifications to ensure the most efficient, coordinated and aesthetically pleasing solutions for both steelwork and ETFE. Matthew is also involved with tendering and pricing of the total solution directly to Developers and Main-Contractor providing solution for detailing, engineering, interfacing, method of installation, scheduling, code compliance, value engineering etc.

Pegs Elumba heads the MFT division in Meinhardt Philippines as the Principal Facade Consultant.Responsible on all technical, commercial, business development, engineering contracts, services and project management of facade consulting operations provided by Meinhardt to high profile projects on local and foreign clients.Structural Engineer since 1994 and later joining Meinhardt in 1997 working on high rise commercial buildings, industrial and precast concrete projects. In 2000, he moved to Singapore and worked for Diethelm Keller Engineering as a Material Planner, Facade Design Engineer and Project Designer moving up to Senior Position until 2007. Travelled to Ireland and joined OCSC, a multi-discipline consulting firm as a Structural Engineer and was assigned as part of the engineering design team to the prominent convention center project in Dublin including other assignments in the UK offering expertise on reinforced concrete, steel structural design and construction coordination support to project design and management team.A Professional Engineer in the Philippines since 1994, graduated Civil Engineering at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and is an experienced facade consultancy specialist and structural practitioner in various multi-discipline and multi-national consulting firms in Philippines and abroad.

Rebecca Plaza-Ti is the Managing Director of WTA Architecture and Design Studio, one of the Philippines' leading global design practices. She oversees the studio's operations and business development while leading its hospitality, high-end residential, and interior design work.

She assumed this role in 2024 following WTA's acquisition of Plaza and Partners, the practice she founded and led for a decade. Prior to returning to the Philippines, Rebecca spent nearly ten years in the United Kingdom, developing a body of work spanning cities, cultures, and scales — an experience that grounds her conviction that design must belong to its place, responding to climate, culture, and context rather than imported convention.

Beyond practice, she serves as a Director of Anthology Festival and contributes to global conversations on cities through the World Economic Forum. She is a graduate of the University of Bath and the University of Cambridge, where she completed her master's degree as a Chevening Scholar.

Ronald brings more than twenty years of hands-on construction management experience, having risen from a Technical Director to a senior leadership role.

Leveraging his expertise in bidding & procurement, performance mock-ups, submittal reviews, testing & commissioning, and façade installation, he leads and motivates teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality standards.

His international experience includes managing the prestigious Marina Bay Financial Center in Singapore, showcasing his ability to navigate diverse project requirements.

A licensed Mechanical Engineer, Ronald combines his technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to ensure every project runs smoothly.

Theodore Khoury is a results-oriented professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Business Development. Drawing upon a strong foundation in the family business and comprehensive experience in design, project management, and inspections, he has advanced from an associate role to his current executive position.

Theodore excels in external relationship management, establishing and maintaining connections with clients and prospective partners. He oversees company presentations across international markets and directs external opportunity strategies to strengthen the company's global footprint.

William Ti Jr. is the founder and Principal Architect of WTA Architecture and Design Studio, one of the Philippines' leading global design practices. A Fellow of the UAP and a registered APEC and ASEAN Architect, he believes that architecture is fundamentally a social act — one that shapes communities and gives meaning to shared space. Under his leadership, WTA has built a wide-ranging body of work across civic, institutional, residential, and urban projects, including the Pasig River Esplanade, winner of the 2026 ULI Asia Pacific Award for Excellence in Placemaking.

Alongside practice, William is the founder of Anthology Festival, Shelter Magazine, and The Book Stop Project, and a columnist for the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
